It has never been so dry in the Netherlands (just about the wettest country in the world)! It is so dry (so you are led to believe) that the Telegraaf reports that the drought is knocking away the foundation under millions of homes! That, of course, is a subliminal for knocking away the foundation under home ownership, which is why mortgages are also going down.
"You will own nothing and you'll be happy about it" (because your brain-computer interface that you have been imperceptibly injected with in the form of graphene oxide in the syringe can overwrite your thoughts).
I remember an old college roommate starting a company in Amsterdam in the late 1990s for dry pumping and repairing foundation rot because of all the wetness around that foundation. The state and its propaganda media probably already have the requisite bought experts ready to explain that the soil is "way too dry and cracking," leaving the foundation piles exposed (or something to that effect).
It's all about opposing home ownership. This kind of news will make many people decide not to buy a house after all, and to safely rent. And if mortgages are also curbed, all those people who bought in the rising market in recent years will be left with an unsellable house (because "the foundation is rotten" and potential buyers can no longer get a mortgage).
Not talking about that heat pump you have to install to make your condo carbon neutral and all those other measures that will be imposed from above.
In short: the housing market is now being expertly demolished and you will see that Hugo the Younger will soon be allowed to play the saving grace by coming up with an emergency plan. What if the state buys out all the homeowners and you can rent your house back under a social credit system. Of course, you have to follow all the rules neatly.
That will presumably only happen after the necessary banks will report that people can no longer pay their mortgages, because quite a few people are probably going to be in trouble if they chose a variable rate when they took out their mortgage.
And if you then also get an "expert" to visit you who informs you that your foundation is totally shattered due to the incredible drought (we almost live in the Sahara), then all at once your house of a few tons is worth nothing, because you cannot take out a mortgage increase to fix it.
However, in the "Problem, Reaction, Solution" game toward total control, there is always the helping hand from above: the Solution. And so something like an emergency plan will be launched where not the banks get a bailout, but all those individuals with mortgages. The (communist) state then buys you and out and you get to sit neatly. Someone will just come and give the piles an extra coat (for appearances) and there's Hugo!

Better Holland your foundation gone as by huge heat die in Italy;)
Overmortality in Italy : Reason THE "HEAT KILLER" ACCORDING to Minister Speranza ( his name means HOPE in Dutch;)
For example, in June Catania recorded an excess mortality of + 32%, Bari + 23% and Palermo + 19%. In July, the situation seems to worsen in some cities: Latina even marks a + 72% of deaths, Bari + 56%, Cagliari 51%, Brescia + 31%. Now the question is: based on what criteria does the ministry associate mortality with temperature increase?
In June new record immigrants in Italy due to huge heat in Africa;)
newspaper Telegraph and Minister Speranza do have 1 thing in common they are both JUDAS goats
An acquaintance of mine has a farm in Friesland . Last year they had to sell all the cows from the RABO and the farm is now for sale. A few weeks ago he wrote the following in a response to a comment on his Facebook page : Albert Rotteveel
We have too much water . Wetterskip Fryslân has set the water level so high that our low meadows are in danger of flooding !
"The worst drought ever in France" shouts the fake news media here in France.
Now take a Reality Check and share that knowledge with people who believe it is the worst drought ever.

Bye Martin,
I have been following you for a while and am curious about your advice for home owners. Is it wise to sell or keep your house, also considering WEF's future plans. In addition, that of you Will OWN nothing and be happy is also in play.
Thanks in advance.
Gr.
Frankly, I think it is too late to sell your house, but I would recommend reading this article all the way to the end:
