We are in the first week of January and reports are now pouring in that employers are threatening not to pay wages if people refuse to take a PCR test or refuse to be vaccinated. I advise you not to give in to such threats, because one has no right to do so.
Below is a sample letter of such a threat from an employer. I would like to give you this as an example and also include a draft of a possible response.
Please note that there is talk of 'national policy' and 'guidelines', but a national policy is not an obligation and a guideline is a line of which you could follow the direction, but you always have the freedom of choice to choose a different route.
Please also note that there is a threat of stopping wages. So that's not a dismissal; It's a threat to stop wages.
It is therefore important to ask on which legislation the employer bases its presumed legality of being allowed to stop wages. We are witnessing a form of enforcement and an attack on people's personal financial situation that can have a chain reaction of consequences.
Sample threatening letter employer
First of all, the letter (made anonymous) and then my response that you could use if you also receive such a threatening letter.
Please note that the 'covid-related complaints' mentioned in the above letter can indicate anything and everything (the mentioned 'due to infection risk' is an assumption of the employer). For example, you may have a cold or a little cough or fever. This is not to say that you have covid. "Having Covid" is indicating symptoms of illness that are also associated with flu and flu has never been proven to be due to a contagious virus.

How to respond?
First of all, of course, you should never make agreements with your employer, as mentioned in the sample letter above. For example, say that you will think about it and come back to it, but don't make any agreements. Have you already made such an appointment? Then you can say, for example, that you are withdrawing your appointment because you made it under psychological pressure and manipulation from the threat of wage deduction.

Don't be pressured, because they really don't have a leg to stand on and are in breach of contract (point that out). They don't even have a leg to stand on if you'd let it appear in a court of law. However, I don't think it will come to that when you send back the above draft letter in response.
Of course, you don't have to copy my letter; I have only written this to give you an indication of how I myself react to threatening letters. If you are summoned to trial, the court can also ask for proof of the grace of God in order to be allowed to sign laws.

I think we all know that you don't have to share the reason for illness with your employer, but I think that many of us are conditioned to neatly mention the reason for signing off when you don't have to.

I don't think there is a clearer explanation as proof of the king's authority by the grace of God. And I say that as someone who considers themselves agnostic/spiritual. Rather, the opposite is true. For indeed, who says he has that Grace? And who's to say we don't all have the same Grace? All of us, by the grace of God (and all other graces), have the authority over our own bodies and autonomy over our own independent minds to make free decisions for that body.
I find this paragraph in your letter extremely enlightening and w.m.b. is that the scythe with which you dissect all illegality from every dystopian legislation. Thank you.
