It is time to take a closer look at the fear and see where the sting is that we need to pull out of that fear. So let's take a look at what measures follow if you refuse to pay your taxes. Take the municipal tax in Almere, for example. Those are just imposed on you, so if you refuse to pay them from now on, you have to tell them.
But what can the municipality do to force you to pay anyway? Well, for example, the Municipality of Almere puts it this way:
If you do not pay a tax assessment or do not pay it in full before the payment deadline, the municipality will take action. There are costs associated with this. The moment of crediting to the account of the municipality determines whether you have to pay collection costs.
Reminder
When the payment period of the tax assessment has expired and you have not paid the assessment in full or at all, you will receive a demand letter. The reminder is the first step in enforced collection. The municipality charges a fee for sending a reminder. The amount of the costs depends on the outstanding amount. For amounts up to 454 euros, the costs are 8 euros. For amounts over 454 euros, the costs are 18 euros.
Subpoena
If you do not pay the reminder in time (within fourteen days of the date), a writ of execution will follow. This also involves costs. The amount of these costs depends on the outstanding amount. The costs amount to a minimum of 43 euros and a maximum of 12,677 euros.
Seizure
If you do not pay even after the enforcement order, the municipality has many possibilities to collect the outstanding debt. For example, by seizing your wages, benefits, savings, car(s) or (un)movable property.
If items have been seized, the official report will state when their sale will take place. The date of the sale is at least four weeks after the seizure. One week before the sale, the bailiff sticks a notice of sale on the address of the sale. The cost for this is 30 euros. Two days before the sale, the bailiff announces the sale in an advertisement in a local newspaper. The cost for this is about 150 euros.
You can only prevent the sale by paying the total amount due, including collection costs, before the date of the sale. You can transfer the amount yourself, you can deposit it at the post office or you can pay the amount with PIN at the counter in the city hall (you have to make an appointment for this). - So far the text from the website of the Municipality of Almere.
How exactly does that work?
First, it's about taking a moment to analyze the threatening language. It starts at the beginning and that is that the municipality believes it is entitled to levy taxes based on legislation. Municipalities derive about 1/6 of their revenue from municipal taxes. Mainly from property taxes (OZB). Other municipal taxes include tourist tax, parking tax and dog tax. The rest is likely to come from fines and fees.
The Gemeentewet refers to two Dutch laws regulating the constitutional organization, administration and financial management of municipalities. The first law was the Gemeentewet 1851 this was replaced in 1994 by the Gemeentewet 1992. It is a so-called organic law under Article 107 of the Constitution. Laws and acts are called "organic" when they relate to the organs and organization of the State and its parts (state law). The original law was designed by statesman and professor Thorbecke and was a result of the 1848 Constitution, which had been established under Thorbecke's leadership.
All well and good, but that Thorbecke you never knew, never elected, is long dead, and his laws have nothing to do with democracy, just like the appointment of the first king (William I) and the constitution. No one had a say in that. It was just decided that way by a group of "notables." Fine, but that's where the popular deceit began.
When the municipality threatens measures such as seizure, they do so on the basis of this legislation. However, that legislation is invalid and therefore all measures are also invalid. Levying municipal taxes on the basis of a law signed by a supposed king or queen, who claims to be the sole sovereign and to pass laws by the grace of God, is theft under a false pretext.
The false pretense is that this (institutional racism) is based on that grace of God, but there is no evidence of that. This was revealed in the response to a Woo request by Secretary General Maarten Schurink of the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations on August 15, 2022(see here).
How to prevent?
So what can you do to get out from under those Municipal taxes? Well, you will then have to inform them that they are basing their right to tax on legislation signed by someone whose authority is lacking. This Municipal Law is signed as follows:
We Beatrix, by the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc. etc.
However, that grace of God is missing and thus this persona non grata called Beatrix, is not a Queen, Princess, etc. etc. etc. but nothing but an arbitrary person who thinks he can pass laws. However, you no longer accept that law.
What you are doing in this case is sending a notice to the municipality that you are not paying the tax imposed by them because they are doing it under the false pretext of the law. That law is invalid because it lacks the grace of God.
But then they start seizing!
If you report that the law is not in force and that neither the municipality nor its lackeys (called officials) have authority over you, then although they can threaten to seize you, they cannot enforce it. At most, they can urge you using the means of pressure listed above. This will take the form of threatening letters containing words such as "You must pay" or "If you don't pay on time, then" and then subsequent measures they feel they have the right to implement.
It starts with opening the envelopes from the municipality. These should not be opened, but returned closed. You can do this, for example, in a new envelope, attaching a bill stating that you no longer wish to receive mail from them and also explaining that the legislation on which they believe they base their authority is invalid. "You have no authority over me!" You can enclose proof. Sample letters can be found on the degratiegods.com website. If you would like help with a customized letter, you can also do so (here).
A measure can only be implemented if you tacitly agree or write an objection. If you write an objection, you are actually saying "I accept the existence of the right of the Municipality, but I object. No; first of all, you reject the right to tax. You can do that, because the grace of God with which laws are signed is missing.
"Yeah, it's all well and good, but they're still going to foreclose if I do!" Have you tried? Or have you sent one letter and dropped out at the first threatening letter response?
Declared yourself sovereign?
Some people have fallen for the birth trust idea and send the municipality or tax authorities a letter stating that the correspondence was addressed to the person (the paper entity - the birth trust) stating that they would like to receive correspondence addressed to their natural person. What you are doing then is effectively acknowledging the authority of the system. On the contrary, what you should begin to realize is that it is much simpler; childishly simple: The emperor has no clothes on!
In short: return the unopened envelopes and make the announcement rejecting the authority of the legislature, which will also nullify all measures based on that legislation. Seizures can only be carried out if you give the system authority over you.
Everyone is sovereign. Not only the supposed king or queen is sovereign. Everyone is sovereign. Anyone who claims to be able to pass laws on others is a fraud. The grace of God does not exist. The emperor is stark naked and so are all his lackeys (even if they have such good working conditions). The definition of naked in this is: powerless, powerless, no authority.

Again sharply explained Martin, top!
Does the tip you give about not opening the letters ( reminders ) but returning them together with the sample letter apply to all reminders, so also for CJIB fines and for collection agencies and bailiffs?
Should all letters be sent by registered mail to the agencies?
Basically, that (not opening envelopes) is always the best choice. If you do open them you can still use the same sample letters.
Registered mail is game according to them and just costs a lot of money.
True. Since letters are going to be sent repeatedly from my side, that becomes very costly.
They cannot indicate by mail that they have not received the letters, they can only do so if I would contact them ( by phone ) and any form of such contact seems to me that you then give authority to the system.
What they can do is indicate in a subsequent reminder that I did not respond to their previous letter(s) and proceed to further action, this even though I then sent a letter(s) but they did not respond to it.
So how do you resolve that?
You did respond. After all, you returned the letters unopened with a cover letter. If you do open them you will get the same response.
If you want to know how they respond, you do open the letter. In my opinion, it doesn't matter that much. The laws are signed by someone who doesn't have the authority, so that doesn't change if you do open a letter.
Thanks for your explanation Martin, clear!
Martin, I am interested in a custom letter bailiff. Would like advice on what to do in this situation before actually proceeding with a custom letter. I have already reported through the chat pardon Gods but have not had a response yet.
Would like to clarify things, how can I get in touch?
Hi Pete,
Just waiting for an answer. There are a lot of questions, so you'll get into the ticket system.
Hi Martin,
In 2016, d666 had proposed removing "pardon god" from the law. How would that affect the content of the letters to reject everything?
Other question:
How do you now view the likelihood that bank accounts can be blocked Nav reject fines, taxes, etc?
That's all well and good. The second chamber performs plays to create the illusion that it's all just a formality (that mention of the grace of God), but it is the essence of how the power structure in the Netherlands is arranged and that's why the outcome has been, as it was predictable: it stayed in the law. Result of the debate in the actors' association in The Hague? The people think it is a tradition / a formality. Nothing could be further from the truth. It describes the false assumption of the king's authority.
From the telegraph article about blonde Marieke, you can already tell how the commies are reorganizing society after Ost-Deutch/stasi model..........very sophisticated.
..and low and behold.....ze is 33..............hè well anyway.
Hi Martin, thanks again for your work, currently I am still with an employer who believes they have a duty to cooperate with wage garnishment. These now after I hold them liable agree to an email from them to the bailiff that they will just have to work this out with me. So much for the misery of the state terror called health insurance and wonder how this will continue.
But now the municipality, I happen to live in Almere and have already been thinking of giving the mayor a notice that they have no authority based on false pretenses. And to then also indicate that the minions belonging to police also have no authority over me and that she does not have to use them in seizures etc. This of course substantiated with the WOO decision.
But I actually want to get out of that administration altogether, another invalid "duty" namely, I live there and that's basta and that's nobody else's business except those I want to see or receive. But you are obliged to be registered because then of course you are part of their income.
I am completely fed up with anything to do with government thinking it can determine anything for me and want to get rid of it and just be able to live freely without state terror. I'm sure that won't happen and otherwise it will be a long time before that happens perhaps.
But what do you think? Is that wise or better to take action only when they express something you disagree with? I want them to know that I don't acknowledge or accept anything and they can go to hell. I would actually like to claim a piece of land from them that I am simply entitled to namely as a resident of this country where I was born.
Keep on the good work!
I too live in Almere and have written to the municipal taxes about two months ago that I will no longer pay WOZ tax and have stopped the collection. Strangely, I still haven't heard anything from them, but that will change as soon as they can't collect the periodic payment. After I wrote to the Water Board that I will no longer pay this nonsensical tax they did respond immediately with a long threatening letter. They just do, of course they too have to fight to stay in business. But if only more and more people have the guts to puncture the whole bubble then we can overthrow the mafia system.
By the way, also received another letter from CJIB about the fine I have to pay for not having health insurance and that they will not pay the fine imposed by me. Wonder when they will start that process of bailiffs etcetera.
You say you wrote them letters, but that is different from sending in a copy of that letter and showing exactly what was in that letter.
Did you file an objection or did you file a notice explaining that they have no authority because of the missing pardon of God.
No, certainly not a letter of objection! On the contrary, I write letters in which I indeed communicate that they have no authority over me and that I do not recognize the whole system of the King.
The CJIB writes about the Grace of God that they will not go into the content of this and now try to use the argument that I have a Dutch citizenship which brings with it the obligation to have health insurance. To this I respond that I do not recognize that stamp because that stamp is imposed on me by a supposed King while he does so based on invalid legislation. Anyway, the CJIB indicates that they will store further letters from me in my file only as perusal and that the process of bailiff will be started. For this, the letter for the bailiff is already here and I will NOT take his documents.
Good, well just send the copies of those letters to http://www.degratiegods.nl and find out in the telegram group that this is the standard response they send (plus explanation).
By the way, I have devoted the necessary article on that here as well:
https://www.martinvrijland.nl/?s=cjib
Hi Martin, if you like I will send my letter to the CJIB regarding the collection of the fine through the Gratiegods contact form.
Telegram I don't have since last week because I had to download an update to continue using it and haven't done so yet. But will do again then to stay up to date that way 🙂 .
Hi Martin, I also want to stop the municipal tax, I read above only something about the OZB tax but the Refuse Levy and Sewer Levy are also based on laws (Municipal Act and Environmental Management Act), you can then reject the whole Municipal assessment, right?
Havdo
Hi Havdo,
I took a look at that emperor. And what turns out! He is always naked!
The whole system is butt-naked.
It takes a while to swallow when you see them all standing like that in their nakedness, but you can just point it out and laugh at them.
